Pixel Traffic Rush  ·  Andrura  ·  Effective Date: May 18, 2026

Introduction

Andrura operates the mobile game Pixel Traffic Rush (the "Game" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Service, and describes your rights regarding that information.

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the Service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or physical address.

We do, however, automatically collect certain non-personal and technical information to operate and improve the Service, including:

a) Device Information

b) Log Data

When you use our Service, we may automatically collect log data in the event of errors or crashes, including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, app configuration at the time of use, date and time of use, and usage statistics.

c) Usage Information

Information about how you interact with the Game, such as session duration, gameplay activity, and in-game progress (e.g., coins collected, levels reached).

d) Advertising Data

We use Yodo1 MAS (Mediation Ad SDK) to serve interstitial advertisements in our Game. Yodo1 MAS and its advertising network partners may collect:

This data is used to display relevant advertisements and measure advertising performance. We do not serve targeted advertising to users under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).

e) Age Information

When you first launch the Game, we collect your age as indicated by you. This information is used solely to determine what features and advertising are appropriate for you.

2. Age and Children's Privacy

Our Game is not intended for children. Andrura has implemented an age gate in Pixel Traffic Rush to verify players' age upon first launch.

Even if you are below the age needed to provide valid consent for targeted advertising and profiling, you can continue accessing and enjoying our Game. However, for players under 13 years of age, and for players under 16 in certain jurisdictions within the European Union, there will be no behavioral profiling or targeted advertising. Our Service will then only contain contextual advertising. We will only collect data on players under 13 years of age, or under 16 in certain jurisdictions in the European Union, when it is necessary to provide the Service and to ensure that they are protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

If you are 13 years of age or older, we may offer the option to connect with third-party platforms or social features within the Game. In this situation, please refer to the relevant platform's privacy policy.

If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13, or under 16 in certain jurisdictions in the European Union, who uses our Service, please contact us at privacy@andrura.com if you have any questions or concerns. Upon your request, we will delete your child's personal information if we are able to identify your child, unless you provide us with your verifiable consent for your child to continue using the Game.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Advertising — Yodo1 MAS

Our Game uses Yodo1 MAS, a mobile ad mediation platform, to display interstitial advertisements. Yodo1 MAS may work with multiple third-party advertising networks to serve ads.

These advertising networks may collect and use your Advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve contextual or interest-based advertisements, measure advertising performance and attribution, and prevent fraudulent activity.

Targeted advertising is only shown to users who meet the applicable age threshold in their country and only where consent has been obtained.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time using the device-level opt-out settings on your device:

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Game itself does not use cookies. However, third-party SDKs and advertising libraries integrated into the Game (including Yodo1 MAS) may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information and improve their services.

You may limit the use of these technologies through your device settings, as described in Section 4 above. Choosing to opt out of certain tracking may affect the relevance of advertisements shown to you but will not affect your ability to play the Game.

6. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may engage third-party companies and individuals to assist in operating and improving the Service ("Service Providers"). These parties may have access to certain information about users solely to perform their designated tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to use or disclose that information for any other purpose.

Our current Service Providers include (but may not be limited to):

We may update the list of Service Providers from time to time as our services evolve.

7. Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to external websites or services not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

8. International Data Transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

When transferring your information internationally, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place so that your information is treated securely and lawfully in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Your Data Protection Rights

You are entitled at any time to be informed about and access the personal information we process about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. When we no longer have a legitimate reason to process your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

11. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption and pseudonymization where applicable.

Please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
